From your first application to a self-employed founder, in four stages
Eligibility, strategy, your business plan and the IND application, all prepared with you. Moving from abroad? We also prepare your entry visa (MVV). Already in the Netherlands? You register with the KVK first, and we guide you through it.
Coming from abroad: MVV collection, your BSN appointment, KVK registration and an introduction for banking. Already here: we pick up from where you are, with your new residence permit and anything still missing, such as banking.
Monthly sessions and support through your startup year. Where the startup visa is your route, we can act as the proposed facilitator. The IND and RVO assess that arrangement, and the IND decides the application.
From month nine we prepare the self-employed application, and we submit it if you meet the requirements and the programme evaluation is positive.

We would rather say so on the call than let you build a file around the wrong permit. If another route fits, we name it. If the honest answer is to wait, we say that too.
A lawyer is the right person for a legal dispute or a legal opinion. Most founders come to us earlier, when the question is which route fits and how to prepare. We will tell you when a lawyer should be in the room. We are not a law firm, and the IND decides.
We will not encourage an application we think is weak. If you go ahead, we prepare the file with care, and if the IND asks for more, we help you answer. The decision remains the IND's.
Never. Unlike accelerators or equity-based programmes, we believe your equity should stay with you. Our flat-fee model means no dilution, no valuation disputes, and no ongoing complications.
No. The first conversation is fifteen minutes with Michael or Angelina, and there is no charge. If you want that recommendation in writing, the optional 45-minute €199 Strategy Session is the next step. If you continue, the €199 is credited in full towards the €10,000 programme or the €2,495 Self-Employment Application. The €10,000 programme is for when the startup visa is the route, and you want the application prepared with you and someone still there for the year. You pay one third when we start. The remaining two thirds after a positive IND decision.
We stay with you through the registration steps: your BSN, KVK registration, and introductions to a tax adviser, a lawyer, and banks. The bank and the landlord make their own decisions. Where the startup visa is the route, the support continues through the 12-month programme.
No. Most people who come to us do not. We explain which route fits, what the application has to prove, and the first steps after you arrive. You do not need to arrive already knowing the difference between a startup visa and a self-employed permit.

The IND aims to decide on a Startup Visa application within 90 days of submission; allowing for preparation and any requests for additional information, the end-to-end process typically takes around 3–6 months.

The Dutch Startup Visa is for founders who need a Dutch residence permit. If you hold more than one nationality, choose the passport you would use to enter the Netherlands.

You will need approximately €25,000–€50,000 to cover living expenses and initial business costs. If the money is not in place yet, say so. We would rather plan for that than pretend.
The IND expects you to work in the company. Holding shares, or financing the business, is not enough on its own.
