5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for success in all our service engagements, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, particularly regarding immigration decisions which are at the discretion of government authorities. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If you terminate services, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.

10. Changes to Terms
